Sew and Socialize at the Castle in Fort Totten

You are cordially invited to a sewing Meet-Up Sunday afternoon at the Bayside Historical Society. Sewists and quilters of all levels are welcome and will find inspiration and guidance. We have three sewing machines you can reserve, or bring your own, or stitch by hand.

We will set up our creative camp in the upstairs ballroom that is full of sunlight and views of the open fields and Little Neck Bay. Use this time to work on your wardrobe, a quilt, or an embroidery project.

If you would like to reserve one of our machines, let me know when you RSVP.

To get to the Meet-Up tell the guard at the Ft. Totten entrance that you are part of the sewing group at the Castle, and he will direct you. Parking is permitted on Murray or Weaver Avenues (ignore the signs).

Attendance Fee: $10 cash, or $8 for members of the Bayside Historical Society.
