Dance Walking Special & Picnic "Dancing Love Bugs Let Loose in Hampstead Heath"

Hello dancing love bugs,

We had a special request from the dancing love bugs James and Wiggz to schedule in adance walking special on Hampstead Heath. We loved their idea and thought we could combine it with a picnic later on that day after our dance walk adventure to enjoy some sunshine and socialising on the Heath together.

The plan for our dance walk special is to meet at 11am outside Hampstead Heath overground station and walk to the Hampstead Heath together and pick a spot there to leave our belongings as well as food and drinks. We have 2 love bugs Mirta and her husband German who will look after our things while we dance walk for the next 2 hours from 11-1pm.

Once we finished our dance walking adventure at 1pm, we will go back to our picnic spot to start our picnic. During the picnic we invite you to share 1 thing with the other Dance Walk Members in the group that you really really love!

This could be you baking your favorite cake and sharing it with the group, sharing a significant text from your favorite book with others, bringing along your favorite piece of music and share it, bring along a music instrument and perform in front of the members, it could be you writing a poem and sharing it, it could be you singing...bring along whatever you feel you like to share with the group.

It's like an open mic night, without the mic and in the afternoon ;-)

We then finish our picnic with writing anonymous Love Letters together and distributing them on the Heath for strangers to find.

Please bring along a blanket for you to sit on and bring anything else to ensure that you're comfy during our picnic. Please bring your own food and soft drinks.

Wear a funky outfit and/or color your face (optional): Feel free to spice up your outfit or/and color your face to make your dance walking experience even more special on this special Hampstead Heath Walking occasion.

How does it all work?

Step 1: "RSVP & Payment"

RSVP at the top to say you're coming to the event and either pay the £5 for the event online via Paypal/Debit/Credit Card or pay cash before or after the event. Please go to Dani or Avi to make your payment. If you change your mind and can't come, please cancel your attendance so we don't wait for you on the day as this delays the start of our event.

Step 2: "Download the Playlist before the event"

Everyone attending is listening and dancing to the same playlist during the dance walk event, therefore it's important you download the playlist onto your MP3 player or I-Pod/Phone before the event. Download the playlist here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hvxxn05nkm042nf/Dancewalking%2025Aug%2713.mp3

Step 3: "Getting ready"

It's time to get ready. Make sure you have your MP3 player or I-Pod/Phone with you and the playlist downloaded. Make sure to wear comfy clothes and shoes and bring a small bag with you. The smaller your bag the freer you are dance walking. Bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. We meet at Hampstead Heath overground station and then find our spot inside Hampstead Heath to drop our belongings and start our dance walk adventure. Step 4: "Check out videos and pictures of the event"

We always capture the beauty of our dance walkers during the event via pictures and videos which we'll publish after the event on our Facebook page. Click here to be the first to see them. Give it 2 days after the event for you to see them. It's a cool way to share with your friends on what you've been up to and who knows...they might want to join you too next time.
