• Quick intros: name, favorite book/genre, what you’re currently reading
• Fun icebreaker question

2. About the Book Club (10 mins)
• Purpose and vibe of the club
• How often we’ll meet (monthly brunches)
• Format of discussions
• Cost expectations (everyone pays their own way)

3. Structure & Roles (10 mins)
• Rotating hosts or discussion leaders
• How books will be chosen (voting, rotating picks, etc.)
• Communication platform (e.g., WhatsApp, email, group chat)

4. Book Brainstorming (15 mins)
• Open discussion: What genres are we interested in?
• First book vote (if ready)

5. Wrap-Up & Next Steps (10 mins)
• Confirm next meetup date
• Share any group links or polls
