Breath Body Mind

BBM (Breath Body Mind TM) is a breathing and movement practice used to balance the nervous system, get calm, shift anger, and feel better.
The practice will be led by Leo Ouellette, level 2 Certified BBM by Dr. Richard Brown and Dr. Patricia Gerbarg. He has been practicing BBM since 2019. He holds an MA in education from the Teachers College of Columbia University.
This is a short 20 minute lunch practice. Join us behind the old Columbia Bar, next to Smith's parking lot.
