Yoga w/Heather

Join Heather for an active yoga practice at B&B Music Studio on Tuesday nights from 6-7pm. Expect a gentle warmup before a flowing sequence with lots of options, followed by breathwork and rest.
Bring a mat if you can – limited mats provided.
Small class of 6-8 participants. $20-$30 sliding scale

Reverend Heather Westenhofer (she/her), ERYT500, holds yoga teaching credentials from Cloud Nine Yoga, Siddhi Yoga, and Dr. Shyam Ranganathan as well as a Community Ministry Certificate from Cherry Hill Seminary. Heather is passionate about helping human beings connect to themselves and others while also working to disentangle the practice of yoga from the web of capitalism.
