In 2012, PeopleLinx welcomed Peter Strid to the team as Head of Business Development. Peter currently works out of the PeopleLinx Philadelphia office. In his role, Peter is responsible for accelerating the integration of the PeopleLinx platform into some of the world’s biggest brands

Before landing at PeopleLinx, Peter spent six years as a sales consultant with Trion, a Marsh & McLennan Company. Peter’s focus was selling and delivering Trion’s healthcare consulting strategies and brokerage to organizations across the United States. Prior to Trion, Peter spent six years in the medical device arena with GE Healthcare and Reliant Technologies, where he created and grew net new territories in the New York City market.

PeopleLinx was founded in 2009 by two early LinkedIn employees who recognized that teams and companies need help unlocking the business value of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social networking tools.

PeopleLinx began as an enterprise training firm. Soon we were serving some of the largest companies in the world, and we needed a more scalable model to serve the needs of large enterprises. PeopleLinx has since re-envisioned itself as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. As they built out the product, the team realized that world-class training was only the beginning, so they added curated content-sharing, gaming dynamics, robust analytics, and more.
