After a successful pilot event in KL, Malaysia, the team at Liquid will continue to roll out our global meetup roadshow. This time we will be hosting our upcoming meetup in Bangkok, Thailand. Co-hosting the event with us will be Zilliqa & NEM, sharing their thought leadership on the future of blockchain technology. Vachara of Six Network will be the panel moderator

Jon Myers
Chief Design Officer, QUOINE
Jon is a leading authority on design and startups. Combining a mix of psychology, economics and business strategy, he has worked with startups, governments, banks and Fortune 500 companies to leverage design and turn it into economic value.

He has consulted with the likes of Goldman Sachs, General Electric, Billboard Magazine, the FBI, the government of Dubai and more. Through speaking and mentoring, Jon teaches startup founders best practices and unconventional approaches to business, which has resulted in numerous success stories.

Saiba Kataruka
Marketing Lead, Zilliqa
Saib is a Marketing Lead at Zilliqa, working towards reaching out to the developer community. Saiba Kataruka has earlier worked with IBM as a consultant for five years, in the payment technology field, in Asia and Europe

Laura Takenaka
Thailand Country Lead, NEM
Although relatively new to the NEM team, Laura has experience in both management and the public sector through both a brief stint at the United Nations as well as with the Canadian Government. Finishing up her Master’s Degree in International Development Studies as a mature learner, she believes in lifelong learning which led her to her fascination with Blockchain technology and real-world use cases. With the opening of the Bangkok office, NEM looks forward to further meaningful partnerships throughout South East Asia and around the world.

Vachara Aemavat
Co-CEO of SIX Network
Vachara is Co-CEO of SIX Network. One of the biggest fundraised ICO project in Thailand. He has the background running data analytics startup called Computerlogy, a leading startup focusing on the social media tools for enterprise in Thailand. He exited his first startup to join Yello Digital Marketing Group (YDMG) in 2016, where he assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer.
