First Meetup - Lightning Talks & Group Discussion

Details
At this first meetup there'll be a chance to give a lightning talk on any topic you want. You'll have up to 5 minutes to give your talk and up to 2 minutes for Q&A.
Communities are made by the people in them, this is a lovely opportunity for you to shape your own community. There will be a range of people with a range of experiences so if you're comfortable to share some of your specialty, some thoughts on the industry, some advice you often give, crazy thoughts about the future or whatever you want.
The list so far is:
Mat Carey: How "Rapid Development" is like riding a motorbike.
Gordon Clyne: What did we learn?
Stuart Gunter
Add a comment if you've got a talk you'd like to do and I'll add you to the list.
After the lightning talks we'll take some time for a discussion of "What does Agile mean to you?" - no previous knowledge/experience of Agile is required, this will include a round-up 5 minutes from Mat Carey.
Free Pizza and Drinks from our sponsor Equal Experts who are also funding the venue. Equal Experts is a network of talented, experienced software consultants, specialising in agile delivery.
I'm looking forward to meeting fellow Solent Techies.
