Durante esta cata guiada probarás tres estilos diferentes de yerba mate:

Al igual que ocurre con el café o el vino, cada tipo de mate tiene su propio perfil de sabor, intensidad y carácter. Aprenderás a identificar sus diferencias mientras descubrimos la historia, los rituales y la importancia cultural del mate.

También exploraremos las distintas formas de consumir mate en Sudamérica: desde el clásico mate compartido hasta el mate cocido y las modernas bebidas energéticas elaboradas con yerba mate.
