Join us on a journey into the ancient teachings of meditation. Sometimes called Mindfulness, other names could be Wakefulness, or just Letting-Go. By learning these meditation skills, we wake up to the patterns, feelings and thoughts that are causing us to grip so tightly onto life and lose our free flow. We learn how to let go of unhelpful mind patterns and "noise", we learn to open up to our senses and regain that easy, natural flow that makes life magic.
Over six weekly sessions, we will together -
* discover what meditation and mindfulness are really all about? (maybe not what you think)
* learn basic meditation techniques and posture
* Explore how to reconnect with your body and senses
* Reconnect and understand your emotions
* Learn to recognise your own mind patterns and states
* Experience how kindness can help you let go and regain that magic in life
After the course, we will offer regular meetups to continue down our mindfulness path.
