The Attitude Behind Agile

Traditional developmental models seek to improve results by focusing on behaviours, skills, and toolsets. Parenting, Education and Training regimes that are Skills-based tend to focus on the content of our behaviour. Those that are Behavioural-based tend to focus on the framework. Both of these create an intellectual-level understanding. One that is rational, and neglects our emotional drivers. It creates a system of false accountability - the misconception of who we should be, what we should do and how we should behave.

Our Attitudes drive our Actions

The context that represents our model of the world presents an outside/in paradigm. By reversing this, our experience of life can become based on an insight-level understanding - one which allows us to become more of who we truly are, and what we truly represent. It is in our hands. We’re not reinventing the wheel; we’re just spinning it in the other direction

By focusing on the ATTITUDES that drive our ACTIONS - the emotional energy that develops through our core - we can now create a natural ALIGNMENT from within. It is about our ever-changing levels of AWARENESS. This is how we show up as our true selves. We are not in control of what really matters to us - we are in control of aligning with what really matters to us. This is our truth.

Success is showing up as who we truly are

By shifting our collective ATTENTION through the inside, we are able to create an ACCEPTANCE of and an APPRECIATION for our true selves, for each other and for our circumstances. This is how we tune into ABUNDANCE - a real ACHIEVEMENT that allows for our natural [ATTR-] ACTION.

The best method of shifting our attention is through Socratic dialogue discussion, which is the most effective communication tool available.

Why it's better to be T-shaped & other stories

It’s all about people. It’s about how we’ve treat them in the past, the assumptions we made along the way and how they’ve resulted in some really challenging workplace situations. It’s about how we treat people now, how we deliver great products and build greater resilience and better teams.
