Sundown Silent Disco - Mindful Ecstatic Dance (Every 3rd Friday)

## Dance freely with the setting sun on the sandy shores of our amazing beaches. This guided ecstatic dance journey will have you feeling free and rejuvenated.

This immersive dance experience invites you to listen to your body, break old patterns of movement, and explore your creativity. Your dance is perfectly-imperfect. This is a guided free-form dance experience which means there is no right way to do it!

We dance as a celebration for life, our bodies, our community and most importantly your relationship to yourself. This is your space to express and be playful while at the same time practicing self-care and embodiment.

You will leave this experience feeling connected, inspired, fully expressed, and with an elevated state of presence.

Schedule:

• 7:00 - CHECK IN & GATHER
• 7: 20 - OPENING CIRCLE
• 7:30 - GUEST WELLNESS FACILITATOR
• 8:30 - ECSTATIC DANCE JOURNEY
• 9:00 - INTEGRATION & CLOSING CIRCLE
• Stay afterwards and meet this beautiful community!

• Clothing that is easy to move in

• Free parking in the Beach Parking Lot .
• Use the most southern entrance directly across from Johnny Longboats to walk out onto the beach and you will see the Be You Disco Table !

Be You Disco Facilitators

• Carolina Panoff is the Founder of Be You Disco and is a Transformation Life Coach. She loves bridging the gap between creative expression and wellness and her mission is to create a container for people to explore their own self-expression and gently push their creative boundaries. She is also passionate about creating spaces for connection and dissolving the boundaries that society places on us. These experiences are designed to disarm any unconscious defenses so that we can truly feel more connected to ourselves and others. • Kev Ohm is a local singer/songwriter and vocal sound healer in West Palm Beach Florida. His music ranges from pop and acoustic to medicine music. He loves opening up spaces for communal music making what he likes to call "group loop." Sharing with others that we are all creators and creative.
