The full moon marks a time for clearing patterns that no longer serve us and renewing our intentions and commitments to ourselves. This therapeutic ecstatic dance experience gives you the opportunity to embody what you are stepping in to and release what's not serving you on the dance floor.

Whether your intention is to cultivate more self-awareness, creativity, self-love, gratitude, drive, or abundance in your life, when we dance together in community we ignite our collective intentions and create an environment of inspiration, healing, and magic. Experience a sense of connection to yourself and others so palpable that it doesn't need words. This is a space for radical self-expression, which means there is no right way to move. Listen to your rhythm, your body, and let the dance begin.

Parking & Location

• Free parking on site in the Singer Island Beach Parking Lot
• Use the southern beach entrance to walk on to the beach. It is just east of Johnny Longboats.

Facilitators

• Carolina Panoff is the Founder of Be You Disco and is a Transformation Life Coach. She loves bridging the gap between creative expression and wellness and her mission is to create a container for people to explore their own self-expression and gently push their creative boundaries. • Kev Ohm is a local singer/songwriter and vocal sound healer in West Palm Beach Florida. His music ranges from pop and acoustic to medicine music. He loves opening up spaces for communal music making what he likes to call "group loop." Sharing with others that we are all creators and creative. Follow him @kevohmlive.
