We'll repeat this in November on both a Monday morning AND a Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon soon.

Enjoy the open vistas and comfortable woods of the Ohio River valley east of Cincinnati.

JAZZY or wheelchair access UPDATE: We do have access. Due to the fact that this land is a mix of private and public (Campbell County Conservancy), we need to "map out" what works for all, feet & wheels alike! Riding down / up the main drive is not recommended because of the potential traffic.

From the sun-dappled woods to the broad view along the famous drive (from the initial scenes of Tom Cruise & Dustin Hoffman's characters meeting in "The Rainman"), drink in this beautiful corner of our region, where St. Anne Convent awaits a multi-million dollar donor to upgrade the mechanicals, etc.

  • Rain at any time during event cancels event.
  • Terrain: easy
  • Parking: from Rte. 8, go straight up main drive, PAST the first lot on right, then park in the rear lot (bearing left, down the little hill). Parking is plenty, free, onsite, accessible
  • Restrooms: NOT onsite; maybe stop in Cold Springs on your way.
  • As always, I'll wear a bandana around my neck.
