Welcome to Be A Kid Again – a Meetup group for grownups who miss the fun, freedom, and silliness of being a kid. We host playful, low-pressure events across Metro Detroit where adults can reconnect with joy, nostalgia, and each other.
Remember recess? Saturday morning cartoons? Hopscotch, freeze tag, drive-in movies, or building a fort out of couch cushions? We bring that energy back — no kids required.
Each event is themed around something simple and fun we used to do as kids:

🎨 Coloring book and sticker swap
🍕 Build-your-own lunchables party
🎳 Bowling, mini-golf, and drive-in movies

This is a space to be playful, be weird, be nostalgic — and meet others who are tired of “adulting” 24/7. No forced networking. No pressure to be cool. Just come hang out, have fun, and Be A Kid Again.
