GDPR & Microsoft Office 365/Exchange/Skype for Business

General Data Protection Regulation, better known as GDPR will take effect as of May 2018. The new regulation(s) can have a significant impact on how you, as an organization, have to deal with (personal) data whether you store, or process it. This also means that the tools and vendors you work with can have an impact on how you can be compliant.

Because there are still a lot of questions around GDPR is, how it impacts (Belgian) organizations, and how you can/should prepare, we have decided to put together this event to merge the legal and the technical side of things.

The event will be split in two parts. We are happy and excited to announce that the first part, which focuses on the legal aspects and implications of GDPR, will be presented by iFORi (www.gdprexpert.be) --a well-respected team of experts that specialize in IT-law, and all related subjects such as Intellectual Property, Regulations, e-Commerce and much more, and whom have extensive experience in the area of GDPR.

The second part of the evening will zoom in on the technical capabilities that exist in Office 365 (and Exchange and Skype for Business) which can help you to comply with the new guidelines.
