Rekindling the Sisterhood - South Austin Teaching Circle

We invite you to join us for this month's

Teaching Circle; an inspired group of women sharing their knowledge, work, and experience

in the service of sisterhood, pleasure, and enskillment!

A Teaching Circle is an opportunity to share and receive spiritual or feminine practices in an atmosphere of respect and equality and to have your turn sharing what you know. You are welcome to share a practice or concept and then tell us how we can experience or learn more with you beyond the circle.

Join us on May 14th, 1 pm, at Destiny's South Austin residence! Bring a favorite sharing dish or beverage -- and check in with yourself about whether you would like to simply receive or would like to teach something...

We encourage, hands-on, participatory learning, so bring any supplies needed for your teaching. So far, we've learned about Western and indigenous herbal traditions, Curanderismo, spiritual cleansings, angels, divination with cards, wombmagic, and shared poems (just to name a few!).

We are welcoming to all faiths and backgrounds. Women of all ages, sexualities, and body "hardware" welcome; this is a totally free and welcoming event.

Don't worry if you aren't sure what a teaching circle is, we'll delve into into this topic during our the introduction portion of the afternoon and afterwards have plenty of time to mingle, eat, and get to know each other better. If you have an idea for something you would like to teach, or have any questions, please contact me.
