Join us for Be More Social's workshop to better understand Social Anxiety and Excessive Shyness.

This workshop will be interactive with exercises, information and group discussion. We will have food and snacks available as a thank you for donations to help the group to keep running.
We’ve got group activities and plenty of information to go over in group discussion. Participation is encouraged but not required.
Here’s the agenda for the meeting:
Introduction – Learn about Be More Social
Relaxation Exercise – Body scan and breathing
Group Activity – Get to know others and introduce a member
Break – Drink, munch and socialize with like-minded people
Group Discussion – Social Anxiety: Physical Causes and Remedies
Group Activity – Practice skills from group discussion
Regroup and Summarize – Brief review of discussion
Open Social – Until the library closes
