Social Anxiety - Open Support Group

Please join our Social Anxiety support group. This is an open sharing forum. We are here to provide support and do not provide therapy or a cure for social anxiety or social phobia.

NO NETWORK MARKETING ALLOWED

Handing out of business cards and/or business phone number is expressly prohibited in this group. We encourage genuine connections that aren't motivated by business or profit.

I suffer from PTSD and my social phobia results from extremely tense body language and subsequent social rejection. I run this group because I've been to counseling for decades. Researched for decades and even got a BS in Psychology and haven't seen evidence that social anxiety is being researched or that it's being addressed in therapy.

The only solutions we've found in this group are social support coupled with continued maintenance in the form of restrictive diets, plenty of exercise and meditation.

This group is completely self funded and could not continue without support from its members.

There is no network marketing allowed. Members who attend for any reason other than to receive support for their social anxiety will be removed without notice.
