Join us for a gentle yoga & gratitude practice designed to help you pause, release tension, and reset your energy as the seasons shift.
As the season turns, we’re invited to pause and reflect on all we’ve gathered this year — the lessons, blessings, and growth. In this gentle, slower-paced yoga class, we’ll move through mindful postures, breathwork, and simple reflection to harvest what nourishes us and release what no longer serves.
What You'll Experience:
- Gentle, slower-paced yoga postures & breathwork
- Guided reflection prompts to harvest gratitude & release
- Loose structure with space to pause, rest, breathe
- Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, an open heart
- (We provide some straps / props—mats are limited)

About the instructor:
Kat is the Executive Director of Be the Change Collective and a wellness guide with a background in psychology, yoga, meditation, and somatic practices. She blends body, mind, and heart-centered tools to help individuals and communities find resilience, ease, and connection. Kat’s classes are warm, grounding, and accessible — inviting participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
