Be The Change Project

Be The Change project is all about being the change you want to see in yourself & the World. We are dedicated to organizing a regular series of events that build commUNITY interested in Hikes, Meditation, Music/Dance, Health/Wellness, Sound Bath (live sound healing music), Yoga, Breathwork, Outdoor Recreation & Camp Outs! We are a group of yoga teachers, therapists, musicians, DJ's, avid hikers, meditators & outdoor recreationalists that are passionate about focusing on curating events in nature that bring people together in a healthy environment! We have hosted events such as: Hike & Meditate, Sound Bath jam, Dance The Change silent disco park parties...& are very excited for our new series of events! We mostly gather in East Bay in Berkeley Hills, Oakland Hills, Lake Anza, but also at various other locations. We will be hosting several overnight camping trips that involve all of the activities mentioned above (basically a daylong wellness retreat in Nature)!
