Yoga poses look great in photos, but the depth of what yoga can really do for you is unable to be captured by a camera...

It gives you a space to meet yourself where you are TODAY.

It gives you a chance to explore all the things you are carrying with you without even realizing it - the happiness, the sadness, the anxiety, the fears, the frustrations, whatever it is you've got going on... Getting on your mat and simply breathing and moving can unearth a lot.

And a lot of stuff we're carrying probably needs unearthed. Observed. And put down with love. Or, to be carried with you with more intention.

Whatever you've got going on, using the breath to quiet the mind and get in deeper connection with your body and mind can do wonders.

Or maybe not. Maybe you'll just get a good stretch and feel a little more relaxed. And that's perfectly great as well. Allow your breath to take you where YOU need to go.
