This time of the year can be both joyful and overwhelming. It is also an opportunity to pause and give ourselves a break. Join us for a guided mindfulness session focused on inner balance, stress relief, and wellbeing.

- Heart- and attention-focused mindfulness practices
- Brief reflections and journaling
- Optional discussion on stress, resilience, and wellbeing

Anyone interested in mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, and practical tools to support daily wellbeing. Anyone who needs a break. Anyone who wants to create more calm and peace in their life.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothing (we’re in a yoga studio)
