Mindfulness for the New Year
Details
The turn of the year is meaningful because any new beginning gives us a chance to pause. If we don't pay attention, life just happens - for the better or worse. Our attention isn't steady. Pausing is a chance to pay attention. Am I heading in the direction I want to? Do I like my life as it is? Am I the person I wanted to be?
Pausing is also a chance to break habitual patterns. Am I creating the impact I want by doing things in the same way as always? Does the same old same old serve me? Does it make me happy? Is there something I may need to let go? And something new I could create?
This session aims to hold space for mindful awareness and intention as we are transiting into the new chapter of your life.
We meet at 6 pm for an hour on the 5th January, 2026.
This session is free of charge, but registration is required to attend.
