Mindfulness is presence without judgement. Inner balance entails the capacity to stay present with the emerging reality, whether that brings joy, stress, anger, edginess or any other emotion.
What we’ll do
- Breath practice and body awareness
- Heart- and attention-focused mindfulness practices
- Brief reflections and journaling
- Optional discussion on stress, resilience, and wellbeing
Who it’s for
Anyone interested in mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, and practical tools to support daily wellbeing. Anyone who needs a break. Anyone who wants to create more calm and peace in their life.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothing (we’re in a yoga studio)
- Water/drink (tea is available)
- Journal and pen
