"Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity"....or rather self-sabotage.

All of us develop coping mechanisms throughout our lives. These become our best strategies for survival and with time, they also become ingrained in our personalities.

"This is who I am."

At a certain point in adulthood most of us face moments when who we THINK we are conflicts with what we would like to achieve. So we get stuck in a pattern.

Saying yes when we know we'd be better off with a no.
Avoiding certain conversations whil knowing the issue won't solve itself.
Hustling for validation when we know confidence would go a longer way.

In this session we will explore the most common coping mechanisms that eventually turn into self-sabotage.

We meet at 6 pm CET online for an hour on the 26th March, 2026.

This session is free of charge, but a separate registration is required to attend.
