This session aims to hold space for mindful awareness, non-judgemental presence and embodiment through different practices like meditation, tapping, grounding, journaling and more.
We meet at 6 pm for an hour on the 20th April, 2026.
This session is free of charge, but a separate registration is required to attend.

About the host
I am Ingrid, a certified coach and facilitator, but most importantly a human being navigating the complexities of being alive. My work is deeply informed by my diverse personal and professional background, as well as by my own path of growth.
