"Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity"....or rather self-sabotage.

Saying 'yes' when we know we'd be better off with a 'no'.
Trying to be perfect when making mistakes is part of learning.
Avoiding certain conversations, knowing the issue won't solve itself.
Hustling for validation when we know confidence would go a longer way.

In this session we will explore the most common behaviours that eventually turn into self-sabotage.

We meet at 6 pm CET online for 90 min on the 8th June, 2026.

This session is free of charge, but a separate registration is required to attend.
