Want to get healthy, have fun, energize your mind, body and soul, find your best self and just plain feel amazing? We are a fun new group of people who like to lift each other up and try new things. Some of the things we like to do are:

Yoga, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Stand-Up Paddle, Dancing, Water Balloon Fights, Reflection, Meditation & Mindfulness, Flash Mobs, Spiritual Retreats, Bike Riding, Walk in Nature, Kickboxing, Scavenger Hunt.. just to name a few!

Whether your goal is to get active, lose weight, clear your mind, de-stress, and/or just meet awesome new people, this group is for you! If you have any activities that you would like to do, feel free to suggest them!
