He also has deep hands-on background in data science, Big Data & predictive analytics and BI (Tableau, and ETL tools like Informatica, Pentaho, etc) . At Cisco,Nielsen Online, General Motors and Ruckus Wireless, Raghav worked on several interesting big data analytics products covering use cases such as In store shopper insights with WiFi & Video, predicting customer life-time value based on sensor data, segmentation, online abandonment using click-stream analysis, and so on. He has enjoyed applying different statistical algorithms and machine learning techniques for predictive modeling, pattern recognition and intelligent data mining.

Manju founded Pluto7, Inc in 2005. with a vision to transform business functions with better usage of data. Manju's work has earned industry-wide recognition and he can frequently be seen presenting at conferences , universities and and as discussion panel member. Over the years he has been advising many companies on Analytic such as Cisco, Starbucks, Leapfrog, Igloo, Skullcandy, Netgear, Deckers Outdoor ( Ugg Boots) , Xilinx, Unisys, ICU Medical and many more. Manju earned his MBA from Santa Clara University, MS in Computer Science from Temple University and a Bachelors in Information Technology at the Bangalore University.
