Universal Basic Income (UBI) Gainesville - KICK-OFF MEETING!

The fight for a Basic Income Guarantee (BIG) has long been fought and support for universal basic income is now a global phenomena. You are invited to take on the task of basic income advocacy locally, right here in Gainesville!

This group -- UBI Gainesville -- was created for the purpose of bringing together individuals curious about or who are in support of basic income, creating communal awareness, educating the public, and advocating for the ultimate enactment of comprehensive universal basic income legislation at the federal level.

Come learn about a proposal to conduct a basic income demonstration right here in Gainesville, FL and what you can do to contribute to the elimination of both local and global poverty.

Monthly meetings will be scheduled, following this first meeting.
