🌿 Beach Bible Study Guidelines
This is a space for real, honest, and respectful conversation rooted in Scripture. We’re here to grow—not to impress, debate, or fix each other.
• Come as you are
No pressure to perform, preach, or have perfect answers.
• One person speaks at a time
No interrupting, no side conversations. We listen fully when someone is sharing.
• No cross-talk
We don’t respond while someone else is sharing. Everyone gets their own space to be heard.
• Share, don’t teach
Speak from your own experience: “This is what this means to me…” rather than telling others what it should mean.
• No fixing, advising, or correcting
We hold space for each other without trying to solve or change one another.
• Be mindful of time
Keep shares to about 1–2 minutes so everyone has a chance to speak. We may gently guide timing to keep flow.
• Confidentiality
What is shared here stays here. This is a safe and trusted space.
• Respect all stages of faith
Everyone is on their own journey. No judgment, pressure, or shame.
• Phones away (if possible) 📵
We’ll have a phone basket to help us stay present. If using your phone for your Bible, please stay mindful.
• Be present
Arrive on time and fully engage in the space.
• Listen to understand, not respond
Create space for others to feel seen and heard.
• Keep the space peaceful, not preachy
We’re here for connection and growth, not debate.
• Honor the circle
We all share equal value—no one voice dominates.
• Embrace silence
Not every moment needs to be filled. Let reflection happen.
• Lead with love
Choose kindness, grace, and openness in every interaction.
Thank you for being here and contributing to a space of peace, presence, and genuine connection.
