Hi Everyone!

I am so excited you are joining my fitness class on the beach!

We will be working on a combination of strength and endurance training, along with some mobility and flexibility work.

Our group is a fun mix of nationalities, ages, and fitness levels, so everyone is welcome!

We often take a dip in the sea afterwards or go for a coffee, if you’re up for it!
