What we’re about

Join us Wednesdays at 6:30 PM for an hour of mindful movement, deep relaxation, and connection- to yourself, your breath, and nature. These open-level classes welcome all bodies and experience levels. We’ll ease into each session with breath-aligned movement and gradually build toward more dynamic and balancing postures. Each week offers something new, leaving you feeling inspired, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
