Our group's set up is simple.

We get on a zoom each weekday morning for about an hour.

We say hellos, drink tea/coffee, listen to the Audible format of the book for about 30 min and engage in a short discussion of the book.

Everyone is positive and empowering. We keep conversations away from politics and religion as much as possible so that it is a comfortable and safe space for everyone.
