Free Groove Session (Silent Disco) at Beachy Head!

Groove is happening at Beachy Head again!

This is a unique opportunity to get out, dance however you want to dance and feel great for it! With the perfect setting of Beachy Head in the late evening, this is going to be something special. If you have them, wear some fairy lights so we're all lit up for the occasion as the sun sets!

We'll meet at the Beachy Head Main Car Park to pick up the headphones and go from there to our dancing spot. Be there for 4:45pm.

What is Groove?
Groove Bexhill UK is a friendly group dancing outdoors, with music on headsets led by Nicky, a certified instructor. Join us for a freestyle and guided session to boost your physical and mental health. Enjoy an uplifting, shared experience with a welcoming community.

Groove is all about moving however you want, it doesn’t matter whether you have dance experience or not! Nicky will give you a few moves as she takes you through the uplifting playlist.

There will be limited spaces, so save your spot on the Meet Up event. If you find you are unable to attend, please remove yourself from the list so that someone else can have that spot.

In case of bad weather (fog or strong winds), we will notify the group ahead of the session to let you know that it is cancelled but fingers crossed we get a beautiful, sunny evening!
