Beacon Seekers and Coastal Light Gazers is a group for anyone who finds a sense of peace or fascination in the history and architecture of lighthouses. We are a collection of casual observers and photography enthusiasts who appreciate the rugged beauty of our coastline and the iconic structures that have guided ships for generations. Whether you are looking for a reason to get out of the house on a weekend morning or simply want to share your favorite lookout spots with others, this is a welcoming place to connect.
Our meetups are intentionally low-pressure and focused on enjoying the fresh air and the view. We plan to gather at various coastal points to observe local lights, share some stories, and perhaps spend some time sketching or taking photos. There is no expertise required to join, just an interest in the coast and a willingness to walk a few trails. We look forward to meeting fellow lighthouse enthusiasts and exploring the shoreline together.
