Hi, My name is Jane. I have decided to open up my home to bring like minded crafters together. If you are interested in beading, and are willing to go buy the materials to adequately participate in this serious beading sesh, then you are welcome to join. If you do not have the required materials for at least one of the patterns, then you may not enter.
This group will focus on learning beadwork tutorials that can be found for sale on etsy. The tutorials we are learning are described as being advanced. That is why I am making this group- so we can dive into "advanced" concepts together and build beautiful pieces with our collective wits and some stuff from the local craft stores.
The first three tutorials include:

The second tutorial we will discuss is:

The last one we will discuss is:

You may be thinking about now, why does Jane get to pick the patterns, shouldn't we vote or something? Because my house my rulse, and this is the first time I've ever tried something like this out. If you attend the first meetup group coming up on July 18th, then you may formally be part of the election that votes on the next patterns at the next meeting 2 months out. If it turns out there are more than 9 people that want to RSVP, then I will ask Sierra Presbyterian if we can hold meetings in the dining hall once/week. If you're ready to make jewelry with the same brain muscles you've used to follow Lego instructions, then here are the materials for each pattern.
You can choose to learn one or all; that is completely up to you. You are also welcome to not look at this project until the day of the meetup. Your life your rules.

Tight lines,
Jane
