BEAM Dreamers mt. 2: Elixir for AI

Second meetup for BEAM Dreamers! In this one, we'll be discussing AI as it relates to Elixir. We'll be covering Nx, Axon, Bumblebee, and Scholar, along with the currently in-the-works Elixir port of Langchain.

Elixir might be a fringe player in AI now, but that won't be the case forever. Let's build a future where we can build with AI without having to hold our noses and use Python.
