☺️ Are you a beginner to meditation? Maybe you've tried it many times before, been uncomfortable and thought it's just not for you? Or, you could also be an experienced meditator looking to meditate in a group or learn some new tips?

Join us for a one-hour meditation and mindfulness circle! We'll delve into the topic of meditation, share experiences and I will guide a 20m practice.
Each week will focus on a different theme.

This 1 hour session will include:

  • Welcome! Let's get to know each other
  • Preparing Your Space: Your seat is so important! Learn how to find the ideal seat for meditation and create a peaceful environment that fosters inner calm.
  • Gentle Stretching and Prayanama (breathwork) to prepare the body
  • Guided Meditation: Immerse yourself in a 20-25 minute guided meditation session, designed to help you experience the serenity of the present moment.
  • Post Meditation Connection: Share your experience with the guided practice (if you wish!) and connect with other meditators on the journey.
  • Questions and Closing

What to bring?
- Towel, blanket or yoga mat
- Meditation pillow, cushion or yoga block (if you have one)
