Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga Movement Class tailored especially for YOU! Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just beginning your running journey, this class is designed to enhance your running performance and overall well-being.
What you can expect from this session:
🏃♀️ Specialised Yoga Sequence: Yoga asana (poses) and movement that target areas commonly affected by running, such as the feet, ankles, hips, hamstrings, and calves etc.
🧘♂️ Improved Flexibility: We'll focus on increasing your flexibility to help prevent injuries and promote better posture, ensuring you're ready to tackle your next run with confidence.
