Join us for Mindful Mornings!
Our 1hour sunrise sessions will include:
- Pranayama
- Warm up
- Hatha Movement
- Meditation
Whether you are a beginner or have an established yoga practice, this Hatha Yoga session is tailored to meet you wherever you are on your journey on that particular day. All levels welcome.❤️
Step onto your mat and allow the gentle flow of energy to restore balance and bring radiance to your being. Allowing you to move into your day and week with a sense of calm.
Note: Please bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. :)
Sunrise is around 7.45AM, so we'll be lucky enough to catch it and do some sun gazing (link with benefits of this practice above).
