16 mile hike Rachel Carson

We will be hiking 15 to 16 miles on the Rachel Carson. We will hike 7 to 8 miles from the ice rink in North Park to Route 8 and then hike back. Their is a porter potty at the start and about 6 miles in. Please bring plenty of water, snacks, and lunch. Dogs are welcome but it is a difficult hike with stream crossings, steep climbs, and some narrow paths. Poles are recommended. This is a difficult hike due to terrain and distance.
