14 mile hike on the Rachel Carson

We will be hiking 14 miles. At the 7 mile point, we will turn around. I am thinking that will be somewhere around Pie Traynor field. We will meet at the Harmony Trailhead. There is not bathrooms at the start, but we will pass porta potties a few times throughout the hike. This is an intermediate hike because of the distance and hills. We will be hiking at a 2.5 to 3 mph pace. Dogs are welcome. Hiking poles and hiking shoes are recommended. Please bring plenty of water and snacks.
