Event:

This is a 6-mile urban hike to explore the neighborhoods of East Liberty, Shadyside, and North Oakland, and to check out various points of interest, including a dozen or so churches known for their marvelous architecture and resplendence. So, bring your camera! There will be plenty of early bail points, and most of the terrain is flat and composed of sidewalks. Hence, any comfortable pair of shoes will do. We will take lots of photo breaks and cover the 6 miles in about 2.5 to 3 hours.
We will meet in the parking lot of the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts at the corner of 5th and Shady avenues, next to the Roots Cellar.
