Welcome to Beat the Blues Wellness Adventure Community. Please join host Chris for a Wednesday evening ride on the Montour Trail, starting at Mile 0 in Coraopolis to the Boggs Campground and back. This will be around 22 miles total, but since this is an out an back, you can turn around wherever you would like if it is too far. This is a nice solid ride on the Montour Trail and is mostly crushed gravel, so most bikes will work except skinny road bike tires. Ride Map: https://www.strava.com/routes/3490873548519375124

Some notes about this ride.

  • If planning on doing the full ride, a light is recommended as it will be getting dark on our return
  • Please bring at least one bottle of water on this ride
  • Helmet is required to ride
  • Please make sure your bike is in good working order
