This 30min session of guided breath work will help you to wind down and de-stress.
You will learn ways to breathe that can help you to calm down and de-stress. Get a better night’s sleep and start your week refreshed!
You’re encouraged to find a comfortable place to lie down, free of distractions. I suggest listening with earphones, and you can have your camera turned off.
In order to minimise disruption, I cannot admit latecomers once the session has commenced.
Suitable for everyone. No knowledge or experience needed. However if you’re pregnant, you should let me know.
