Take a moment to pause, breathe and reconnect at our soothing Breathwork and Yoga event, with tea and coffee.

We'll begin with a gentle breathwork session led by Sonya focused on calming the mind and body. After a short break with tea and coffee, we'll enjoy a mindful yoga sequence led by Yoga teacher Kara, accessible to all levels—helping you release tension, restore energy, and find your centre.

Come as you are—no expectations, no pressure. Just bring your breath, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. Together, we’ll create a peaceful space where you can slow down, recharge, and leave feeling more grounded and at ease.

There is the option to go for lunch together afterwards at a local eatery. Note lunch is not included in the cost of your ticket.
