It has been a pleasure guiding you through these 30 minute sessions for the past 8 months.
In order to continue running the sessions effectively there will be some changes going forward:

The call will start at 20:45(GMT) and allow for 15 minutes for guests to share and connect with each other with video and mics on. The breathwork sessions will then commence at 21:00(GMT) with videos and mics off.
If you are only interested in joining for the breathwork session you can join at 21:00

Due to some past issues with disruptive attendees there will now be a small fee to join the session. This is to help ensure that we have a group of people who are attending for genuine reasons.

The zoom link will be posted to Attendees right before the call.

Sunday Night Breathwork is all about calming the body and mind and resetting before starting the new week. All of the breathing is beginner-friendly and safe for everyone. It is likely that you will experience more calm and relaxation during and after the session, and get a great night's sleep.
Note: the more often you practice breathwork, the more profound the impact it can have on your life.
