This class is open to all women and all skill levels. Bring some water and clothes you can move in (drums, fun dance props, and snackies optional).
No worries about different skill levels. Our songs are designed to be approachable, and most importantly to get us in our heart space (and outta the head! ).
This class is also designed as an energetic cleanse for the month ahead.
**When:** Every first Sunday of the month, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
**Where:** 1524 S Vista Boise, Idaho Suite 10, at the top of the stairs

About song leader
Dara (aka Shadoe) Rayne is an Indigenous vocalist, songwriter, musician, and community event creator with 20 years of music experience. She is Alutiiq and Tsimshian from southern Alaska. Her life purpose has been healing through music, whether it be through sharing her indigenous roots and native language that is on the brink of extinction, or through creating community events to connect through song and historical awareness. She has received the Creative Cultural Beats Award and Music Changemaker Academy Award for her work in native Tsimshian language reclamation and music projects.
